Apartment Sizes:
The dimensions and rental amounts of units vary, they are not all alike.
Studios range from: 565 sf – 585 sf
- Units still available
1 Bedroom range: 625 sf – 1,150 sf
- Units still available
2 Bedroom range: 985 sf – 2,200 sf
- Units still available
Tours/viewing of the apartments will start late November.
- Each unit has its own heating and A/C unit.
- The utilities the tenant is responsible for are: electric and water/sewer.
- Electric stove/oven.
- Each unit has a garbage disposal and dishwasher.
- Each unit has its own laundry: washer/dryer.
- Parking: One space per unit is included outdoors in a lot. In door parking and/or additional spaces are extra. Prices TBD.
- There is no extra charge for use of the work out facilities and the tenant lounge. The auditorium will also be available on reserve basis only.
- Lease terms: Most will be annual but there are will be longer and shorter terms as well depending on the time of year, etc.
- WiFi: The tenant lounge will have WiFi available.

We do not have finalized pricing on all of the units yet. The apartments are unique and vary in size. We will have floor plans with pricing available very soon. We will begin scheduling tours of the apartments starting around July 15th or shortly thereafter.
